By pushing the envelope in style technique and quality customer service, he has been extremely successful in creating, owning and operating salon studio dean mcneely, in New York City – a unique, innovative and energetic salon in the West Village of Manhattan.   His extensive education and training with several top stylist from London and New York, along with his unique styling, cutting, color, corrective color and make-up techniques provide Dean with an imaginative and creative ability to tune into each client's individual needs.
Dean is a native Houstonian and has made his transition home to Houston.  Dean is very excited about creating salon studio dean mcneely here in Houston - a new experience in salon services in Oak Forest.

With 20 plus years experience behind the chair, Tommy brings to salon studio dean mcneely his commitment to details and customer satisfaction.  In addition to his background in fashion and media, he has succeeded in creating styles for all ages and genders.  Tommy is creative, skilled, and highly knowledgeable in all aspects of hair care.
